There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to log into your account:


1) Incorrect Password: Check your account credentials to ensure you are using the correct username and password.  If you have lost or forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the ‘forgot password’ link found on the login screen. 


2) Incorrect Account Details: Information such as First Name, Last Name, and Address that was provided during the sign-up process must match valid government identification documentation, such as a driver’s license. Because we take security very seriously, you will not be able to access an account that does not have the required verified identification information. To resolve this issue, you will need to provide a photocopy of your government ID in order to validate and access your current account. Alternatively, you can create a new account with the proper details. 


Suspended Account: We will suspend an account for any type of suspicious or fraudulent activity. If this occurs, you will receive an email from our customer support team notifying you of this. To resolve this issue, simply follow the instructions in the email you receive. If, for some reason, you have not received an email, please contact at support@clipkard.com.
